Description
Marimar es una inocente chica que vive en la playa con sus abuelos, los cuales son muy pobres, por lo cual Marimar tiene, a veces, que robar para comer. Un día ella se ve en la necesidad de robar algunos víveres en la Hacíenda Ibañez. El capataz de ésta la descubre con las manos en la masa y trata de aprovecharse de ella, diciéndole que se puede llevar lo que robó si deja que él la bese, pero ella se resiste y es escuchada por Sergio, el hijo consentido de la casa.
Description
Sergio's parents are withholding half of his inheritance until he is married, so he uses Marimar to shame his parents. He gets all of his inheritance and humiliates his parents by making 'the dirty girl from the beach' their daughter-in-law.
