Description
Robbie Brownlaw, the youngest homicide detective in the San Diego Police Department, sees little colored shapes when people speak - a neurological condition known as synesthesia - and uses these shapes and colors as a primitive lie detector. When a fellow officer is found dead in his car, Robbie is confident it's not a suicide. But finding the killer might mean uncovering some of San Diego's nastiest secrets.
