Description
A sequel to the cult classic. Duane Bradley and his deformed Siamese-twin brother, Belial, are accepted into a family of "special individuals" under the care of Granny Ruth, a kindly doctor. When a tabloid reporter and sleazy photographer threaten the family's welfare, the freaks defend their privacy with a vengeance.
