The Dalai Lama gives a lecture at the Graduate Theological Union, University of California, Berkely. He discusses conventional and ultimate truths, what a Buddha is; the nature of mind; lack of inherent existence of phenomena; and other aspects of Buddhist philosophy.
In a talk sponsored by the Dharma Community of Boston, the Dalai Lama spoke about the the six perfections, including the methods for developing a mind of equanimity; meditation stabilization leading to the perfection of wisdom and realizing selflessness.
